This civil engineering design and construction project incorporates an urban core mixed-use town center on a 10-acre site. The project has:
- 48,000 SF grocery store
- Bank
- Gas station
- Daycare facility
- Residential development over the ground floor retail shops.
The parking lot provides 436 parking spaces with an additional 89 garage spaces for the residents.
The site design has low-impact drainage including pervious pavement and vegetated swales. H&A’s work included plans for grading and utilities such as storm drain, sewer and water.
