Throughout Chuck’s career, he has been responsible for the design and approval of tens of thousands of lots and has professional relationships with nearly every agency in San Diego County. Due to his 40 years of land planning and engineering know-how, clients benefit from his wide range of project experience. These include master-planned communities, single-family neighborhoods, attached residential and mixed-use projects, commercial developments, industrial parks, and public works.
His specialized expertise is in land planning, entitlement, product development, permitting, and engineering. He has managed complex projects as a consultant, homebuilder, and developer throughout California, Arizona, Hawaii, and Utah.
Chuck is a member of the American Planning Association and the Building Industry Association of San Diego.
To relax, Chuck is a songwriter who can compose on his guitar for hours. When he’s not in San Diego, he’s traveling with family or friends.
