We Live Our Values and Have for Over Forty Years
In 1976, Dick Hunsaker, Doug Snyder, John Michler and Tom McGannon started Hunsaker and Associates (H&A) in Orange County. Ten years later, four individuals from that office moved to San Diego and began operation as Hunsaker and Associates San Diego, Inc. Dave Hammar was our firm’s President from 1988 to 2021. Now, Alisa Vialpando, an Engineer here at Hunsaker since 1987 is our current President.
Although these two firms share our founder’s name, they are two distinct companies and operate completely independent of each other. Yet the sharing of resources, friendship and collaborative relationship strengthens our capabilities throughout Southern California.
