Connecting People and Places
Hunsaker has master planned a multitude of noteworthy communities including the entirety of our keynote project, Otay Ranch. This 23,000-acre property consists of 39,500 single and multi-family units within 17 villages. Other notable developments include La Costa, San Elijo Town Center, Stonecrest and Fanita Ranch.
