This two-story, mixed-use building features ground-level retail and ten, one and two bedroom condominiums and a secure parking garage. The project has a private rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the ocean.
H&A provided engineering, survey and mapping services to the project. Given the location and heavy traffic, there needed to be regular communication with teams to ensure all deadlines were met in a safe and efficient manner. In addition the large amount of public improvements ensure the sites walkability, drivability, and continued success.
