This two-story, mixed-use development exemplifies coastal urban living, combining vibrant ground-floor retail with ten thoughtfully designed one- and two-bedroom condominiums. A secure parking garage serves both residents and visitors, while a private rooftop terrace offers panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, enhancing the appeal of this premier location.

Hunsaker & Associates San Diego, Inc. provided comprehensive civil engineering, surveying, and mapping services for the project. Our team played a central role in shaping the site’s infrastructure to support both its functional needs and long-term livability.
