Troy’s planning and project management experience span over 20 years with Hunsaker San Diego. He has provided design, due diligence, and entitlements services for master-planned communities, residential, mixed-use, commercial, and community infrastructure projects throughout San Diego County. Troy has a clear understanding of local agencies and their requirements with long-standing relationships with agency staff.
Troy is an active member of the Urban Land Institute San Diego Tijuana, Building Industry Association of San Diego, and is the past chair of Building Resource Council. He has also served as a South County Board Member of the American Planning Association.
He spends his free time relaxing at home with his family in Encinitas. He loves vacations, gym time, surfing, tuna fishing, a Netflix binge, good restaurants, and a smoky-peaty scotch.
