Jessica has an amicable and positive leadership style, working with internal and external team members and clients for nearly 20 years. With experience in public and private land development, Jessica provides her high-level engineering expertise, practical solutions, and seamless coordination with local agencies, while managing projects for large multi-family master-planned communities, commercial, and hospitality markets. She’s adept at preparing rough and precise grading plans, utility and street improvement plans, drainage studies, cost estimating, and design studies.
Jessica is a member of the Building Industry Association San Diego Chapter, American Society of Civil Engineers, Engineers without Borders, and Habitat for Humanity. Her philanthropic ideals led her to serve as a Board Member for BIA Cares for four years. In 2010, she was honored with the BIA Icon Award for Trade Designer of the Year.
Outside of the office Jessica frequents the beach with her family and enjoys listening to live music. She may also be heard rooting for her favorite Midwest football teams.
