You’ll see many of Yolanda’s projects throughout Southern California, since she has designed and managed large public infrastructure and residential subdivisions for more than 20 years. Yolanda has overseen projects that have incorporated hundreds of miles of arterial and residential streets, and master-planned communities comprised of thousands of units. Most recently, Yolanda has managed and designed the civil infrastructure for over 100 sites for the SDG&E “Power Your Drive” Program.
Yolanda has served on multiple committees, including Chair of the Design Review Board and Planning Commission for the City of Chula Vista and the San Diego County Planning Commission.
