This senior-living neighborhood includes 23 buildings and 119 residential units. A recreation area including a pool, spa, BBQ area and recreational facilities are the development‘s amenities.
The contemporary architecture included front-door entrances and garages on two and three sides of each building, and easy access designed to every front door.
To meet these standards, a high level of engineering was performed to ensure that the elevation across the site was safe and accessible throughout the property.
Also, the project sits 15 feet above Templeton Street. A detailed tiered-wall system was designed which incorporated the landscape elements of the Del Sur master plan which includes the neighborhood of Avante.
