H&A, as a subconsultant, provided the civil engineering design and construction surveying for this 20-acre sports park. The site includes:
- Two synthetic turf fields for soccer and football games
- Three baseball/softball fields
- Playground and picnic areas with barbeques
- 221 parking spaces
- Exercise trails that ring the project’s perimeter
- Community center
H&A prepared precise grading plans detailing the fine grading and surface drainage of the park, coupled with a hydrology study, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and a Storm Water Management Report. Low impact development site design, such as pervious pavement, planter box filters, and grassy treatment swales, are incorporated into the project.
