Cypress at Junipers is a newly developed 81-unit affordable apartment community serving seniors aged 55 and older in the Rancho Peñasquitos neighborhood of San Diego. Situated on a two-acre site within the master-planned Junipers community, this development enhances housing opportunities for low-income seniors in a thoughtfully designed, connected environment.
Hunsaker & Associates San Diego, Inc. provided full-service civil engineering, planning, mapping, and surveying expertise throughout the project. Our team delivered grading, storm drain, water, and sewer improvement plans, along with comprehensive hydrology services including SWPPP, SWQMP, and hydromodification analysis. We also designed street improvements, conducted field surveys, and prepared the final subdivision map—ensuring that all infrastructure elements integrated seamlessly with the broader community development.
