Apollo is a vibrant 44-unit affordable housing community for seniors and veterans designed to seamlessly integrate into the heart of Poway. It also includes 53 mixed-market units owned by Meridian Communities. Hunsaker & Associates played a key role in bringing this development to life, providing a comprehensive range of civil engineering and surveying services.
Our team delivered precise topographical and construction staking surveys, as well as rough and precise grading plans to ensure a solid foundation for the project. We conducted thorough earthwork analysis, permitting, drainage studies, and SWPPP/SWMP compliance to meet environmental and regulatory requirements. Additionally, our final hydromodification analysis ensured long-term sustainability.
Beyond the site itself, Hunsaker & Associates was responsible for significant public infrastructure improvements, including street design, storm drain, sewer, and water system enhancements.
